How to choose
Before having your split system installed, you need to make contact with our design engineers to discuss the most appropriate unit for your home.
When selecting an air conditioner for your home we must consider the size and type of room that the system is going to be installed into.
What’s included in the offer
Installation pricing is representative of a standard installation for a split system unit. Standard installation includes back-to-back installs with the price determined by the size of the unit.
Standard back-to-back split system installation
Standard back-to-back installation is a split system with two main components – a wall mounted indoor unit with an outdoor unit – positioned as agreed.
Terms and Conditions
Kone Air Conditioner Installation Service can only be used with compatible air conditioner units purchased from ourselves. Excludes installations in commercial locations and apartment buildings. Only one install per installation booking. Multiple bookings required for multiple installations. Excess travel is charged when the customers home is further than 25 miles unless otherwise stated within the quotation. Installation must be paid for prior to booking. ‘From’ pricing represents ‘standard’ installation of a single story 2.5KW and under air conditioner unit with back to back installation. ‘Non standard’ installation pricing will be based on your individual installation requirements.

This is what you get with a standard installation:
- PVC ducting to conceal the pipe work and electrical connections
- Up to 20 metres of internal roof cable run (switchboard must be checked to have sufficient electrical capacity and room for another circuit)
- Weatherproof safety isolation switch mounted near outdoor unit
- Up to three metres of pipework between the indoor unit and the outdoor compressor unit.
- Where installation is non-standard or additional cable is required, additional charges may apply.
